This position offers a hybrid work model and is best suited for a professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation, excellent legal writing skills, and the ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously.

Duties :

• Draft and prepare court filings including pleadings, declarations, discovery requests, stipulations, and Requests for Orders.
• Handle ex parte motions, temporary restraining orders, and initial filings.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda related to statutes, case law, and relevant legal authorities.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, opposing counsel, and expert witnesses.
• Represent clients at hearings and court appearances with professionalism and advocacy.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients and assist lead attorneys in case management.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all legal documents and case strategy.

Requirements :

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
