Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer with a strong background in AI / ML Engineering to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, with a focus on designing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI / ML algorithms, frameworks, and tools, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to deliver innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications with a focus on AI / ML functionalities.

Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Implement machine learning models and algorithms, ensuring they are optimized for performance and scalability.

Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI / ML technologies and integrate them into existing systems.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Document software designs, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

Identify and troubleshoot software defects and performance issues, implementing effective solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

Proven experience in AI / ML Engineering, with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).

Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Solid understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).

Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI / ML solutions.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.

Experience in developing applications for mobile or web platforms.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

10 15 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI / ML Engineering.

Proven track record of delivering high quality software solutions on time and within budget
