Desktop Support

We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Desktop Support

Mode of Interview : Either Web Cam or In Person Interview

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Work Location : Des Moines, IA

Shift : EST

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• 4 years of experience in Industry certification (A+, Network+, MCP, etc)
• 4 years of relevant experience and preferred education of 2-year degree or equivalent technical study
• 4 years of experience in in PC (desktop / laptop / thin client) support both desk side and remotely
• 4 years of experience in Windows 7 / 10 installation, patching, and troubleshooting
• 4 years of experience and Ability to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft 2019
• 4 years of experience in Windows networking TCP / IP Configuration and troubleshooting
• 4 years of experience in Escalating issues to next level support and or management accordingly
• 4 years of experience and Ability to troubleshoot issues with Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome
• 4 years of experience in Demonstrating experience providing support with remote tools
• 4 years of experience and Ability to install and troubleshoot issues with a variety of in-house developed and 3rd party software
• 4 years of experience in Troubleshooting desktop and network printers' issues
• 4 years of experience in Google Workspace products
• 4 years of experience in Apple device support (iPad, iPhone)
• 4 years of experience with hard drive encryption preference for Bitlocker and McAfee
• 4 years of experience and Ability to modify system registry
