Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-to-Market Finance team and provide direct support to our Home Depot organization. This analyst will support our financial reporting, forecasting processes, and strategic analysis. The ideal candidate will possess 3-5+ years of financial analysis experience in retail, manufacturing, or direct-to-consumer industries and have a proven ability to deliver insights that impact strategic decisions and business growth.

Primary Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive effective decision-making processes.
• Performance Analysis : Evaluate financial performance, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Engage closely with the Home Depot team to align financial objectives and support strategic business decisions.
• Project Support : Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and model potential promotions and other initiatives
• Continuous Improvement : Assess current financial processes and recommend improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

You can expect to work a hybrid schedule, meaning 3 days / week on site and 2 days remote.

Qualifications And Skills

Compensation : Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred role during the hiring process. Successful candidates in this role are expected to earn $77,255 per year to $119,745 per year.

Profit Sharing : In 2025 Andersen has set a profit sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
