Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue, market share, and profitabilityIdentify new business opportunities, partnerships, and local marketing initiatives to drive growthStrengthening customer engagement through relationships, brand presence, and white glove serviceAnalyze sales performance to identify trends and actionable improvement opportunitiesOversee daily operations across production, customer service, transportation and procurementImplement operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards that improve efficiency and reduce costs.Lead labor management, scheduling, staffing plans, and compliance across all functional areasFull ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L performanceAnalyze key metrics including COGS, labor, inventory, and margin to improve profitabilityUse reporting dashboards and data-driven insights to support decision-makingOptimize vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supply chain resourcesLead with an owner’s mindset – resourceful, solutions-focused, and comfortable operating with limited structureIdentify new revenue streams, operational efficiencies, and innovative business opportunitiesDrive continuous improvement and champion change across the organizationQualifications :
Grocery channel experience a mustOver 7 years of progressive leadership experience in food & beverage, hospitality, restaurant distribution environmentsExperience managing full operations with P&L ownershipProven success in driving sales growth and building customer relationshipsStrong financial acumen with experience in cost control, forecasting, and KPI managementExceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and complex operational environmentsCompensation details : 150000-170000 Yearly Salary
