Job Summary :

The AI lead, leads the development and deployment of end-to-end AI and Machine Learning (ML) pipelines, ensuring that AI initiatives align with strategic business goals. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in AI technologies, architectural design principles, and strong leadership to guide cross‑functional teams. This high‑level, strategic role requires a professional to bridge the gap between business objectives and technical AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Planning and Architectural Design

• Develop a comprehensive AI strategy and roadmap that supports business objectives and drives innovation.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and resilient AI systems and infrastructure.
• Translate business needs and use cases into technical AI and ML solutions.
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is : $106,605.00 - $260,590.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
