• 24-hour call shifts, 7 am - 7 am, with 8 hours rounding as needed
• 5 - 8 new consults daily plus follow-ups
• EEGs and brain death exams required
• Coverage includes holiday and weekend shifts
• 15 - 17 weeks per year of recurring coverage needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
