A company is looking for an Insurance Service Agent (Remote US).
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and emails regarding billing, policy changes, and cancellations
Process policy change requests and issue necessary documentation
Retain customers by addressing cancellation objections and upselling additional products
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in property and casualty insurance preferred
Property and Casualty License is required
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities
Strong commitment to customer service with a detail-oriented approach
Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office products
