Position Summary : Entry level position in which the primary responsibility is collections of early stage delinquent accounts in the Extended Credit portfolio within a regional business unit. Position will be responsible for directing and coordinating EC collections; evaluating, recommending and implementing solutions to resolve delinquency issues; and promoting and marketing Credit Sales programs to Franchisees and customers, while preparing for the potential role of an Associate Account Manager.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities :

• Collection of EC accounts to achieve established Corporate / Regional goals
• Extensive phone contact collecting on active delinquent accounts
• Coordinate collection efforts with Franchisee network
• Coordinate product return with Account Managers / Senior Account Manager
• Report and consult with management on major issues
• Achieve assigned delinquency / loss goals and metrics
• Answer field and customer questions
• Resolve credit / payment problems
• Assist in promoting Credit Sales programs and promotions
