Job Description :

o Must have experience in SAP and / or in an ERP System.

• Skilled with calipers, micrometers, height gages, comparator, oscilloscopes, vision systems and other precision instruments.
• Ability to operate a CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) to inspect precision parts.
• Participate in Quality Problem Resolution including writing NC’s (Non Conformances) and work closely with the Quality Engineer to implement Corrective Actions

o Inspects incoming parts to assure they carry approved documentation and certifications and that they meet Purchase Order requirements.

o Performs inspections on complex, close tolerance machined parts and sub-assemblies with critical internal and external dimensions using all forms of conventional inspection equipment including CMM, micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, optical comparator, height gauges, ring gauges, pin gauges, etc.

Education :

Required to have a high school degree and experience in the Aerospace Industry.
