We provide qualified seller leads through our exclusive Zillow Preferred Seller partnership. You focus on listing homes. We handle the rest.

Responsibilities
- Conduct listing appointments with seller leads provided by the team
- Build and manage seller relationships from first contact through closing
- Price, market, and negotiate homes with confidence
- Deliver a high-touch seller experience
- Maintain professionalism and performance standards
Requirements
- Active Connecticut real estate license (required)
- Strong communication and consultative sales skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a flexible schedule
- Coachable and committed to growth within a team structure
Compensation Benefits
- $48,000 – $196,000+ annually
