Electrician Position At nVent

This position will support our Trachte facility in Oregon, WI. As a part of nVent, Trachte is a leading manufacturer of highly engineered metal buildings for industrial and commercial applications. We design, manufacture, market, install and service high performance products and solutions for mission-critical equipment, buildings and essential processes.
The primary responsibilities of the electrician will be to install wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus and control equipment by performing the following duties : Apply knowledge of all types of electrical conduit so as to measure, cut, bend, tread, assemble and install. Familiarity with 120 / 240 single phase, 120 / 240V delta 3 phase, 120 / 208V 3 phase, and 277 / 480V 3 phase systems. Splice wires and / or terminate wires to lighting, power and control equipment. Connect power cables to equipment. Possess a working knowledge of the NEC. Working knowledge of switchgear integration is helpful. Indoor work. Drive to the same location everyday (Oregon, WI). Year-round work. Journeyman or Master Electrician license required. Commercial / Industrial Experience preferred, but not required. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedure manuals. 6am - 4 : 30pm M-Th, and up to 10 hours on Fridays.
