Requirements

Licensing : Florida Property & Casualty License required.

Experience : 2+ years in an insurance customer service role.

Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Tech Proficiency : Competence with CRM systems and office software.

Problem-Solving : Ability to address client concerns and propose practical solutions.
