Director of FP&A

A company is looking for a Director of FP&A and Business Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute comprehensive financial plans aligned with organizational objectives

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance measurement

Lead and mentor a high-performing FP&A and Business Intelligence team

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred

10+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Proven ability to lead organizations through change and improve business processes

Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis

Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
