• - Formulating operational strategy
• - Overseeing the supply chain (purchasing, sales, inventory, etc.)
• - Business planning, profit & loss evaluation, KPI management and analysis
• - Ensuring process efficiency
• 2) Human Resources
• - Improving employee performance
• - Recruiting plan and management

Qualifications

• -Bachelor degree preferred such as business administration, economics, etc
• -Detail oriented, great interpersonal and communication skills
• -Prefer Back office / Operations management experience
• -Highly preferred bilingual in Korean
