Job Description : Job Description Qualifications :

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an NDT Quality Test Specialist (CU) with a background in Aircraft Structures with Non-Destructive Testing experience in Lemoore Ca.

Position Responsibilities :

• Providing assurance of the Field Operations QMS and its related processes through active engagement with other functions supporting aircraft maintenance activities.
• Performs setup for specialized non-destructive Eddy current testing (ECT), and Mobile Automated Scanner System (MAUS) inspections utilizing test or measurement equipment to controlled standards.
• Performance of audits referenced by 4790.2 Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) aviation maintenance programs.
• Supporting colleagues within other functions with development of processes / procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Boeing Pols / Pros.
• Perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA).
• Supporting Safety / Quality investigations (as directed by Lead / Manager).
• Non-Conformance Management and inputting data into Boeing software tools.
• Active participation within Continuous Improvement / Lean initiatives.
• Assist with metrics development supporting the wider Field Operations QMS.
• Attend required meetings and present associated metrics for review.
• Assists in the documentation of procedures for setting up test equipment.
• Analyzes routine test, inspection or statistical data to determine product and processes conformity Assists with standard corrective action recommendations.
• Documents and communicates standard test, analysis or measurement results.
• Reports potential adverse trends or anomalous results.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements :

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A U.S. secret clearance required to start
