Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Position Summary :
The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for leading all revenue-generating activities across our nurse registry brands. This includes overseeing referral development, brand-level sales performance, market expansion, and CRM-enabled funnel management. The CRO will drive aggressive yet sustainable growth by aligning sales operations with strategic goals, strengthening relationships with key referral sources, and embedding performance rigor into the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and lead the company-wide sales strategy across all brands, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance under 400.506.
- Drive market penetration in underdeveloped regions.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration.
- Establish consistent sales metrics, dashboards, and CRM-driven insights to track pipeline development and referral conversion rates.
- Develop and execute relationship strategies with key referral sources (SNFs, ALFs, hospitals, case managers, discharge planners).
- Collaborate with marketing, intake, and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
- Continuously assess and improve sales enablement tools, training programs, and brand positioning across markets.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify new market opportunities, pricing trends, and strategic risks.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and with major referral stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of progressive sales leadership in healthcare services, ideally home care, staffing, or nurse registries.Proven success leading multi-location or multi-brand sales organizations.Strong understanding of Florida’s healthcare referral ecosystem.Demonstrated experience in CRM implementation, pipeline discipline, and analytics-based decision making.Skilled in motivating diverse teams, building consensus, and driving change in dynamic environments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.Compensation commensurate with experience
