Finance Business Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted advisor and finance partner to key sales leadership, translating business needs into financial information

Develop metrics and reports to monitor business health, identify P&L risks, and drive profitability

Lead financial planning processes and provide insights for decision-making, including budget allocation and forecasting

Required Qualifications

6+ years of progressive FP&A experience, preferably in strategy consulting or investment banking

Experience in a senior business partnering role within a large sales or Go-to-Market organization

Advanced proficiency with financial planning and ERP systems

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives and drive results in a dynamic environment
