As a premier owner and manager of residential properties, PLK Communities specializes in the acquisition, redevelopment, construction, and management of high quality apartment communities.
Currently, we are in search of an experienced, energetic full-time Assistant Property Manager for our “Community” community in “Location”.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Share many of the same responsibilities as the Property Manager
- Will generate leases
- Maintain and increase occupancy
- Effectively communicate with residents
- Providing mentorship and guidance to the leasing team
- Responsible for monthly reports
- Receiving and posting rent
- Assisting the Property Manager with coordination of day-to- day activities of the community
- Capable of operating the community in the absence of the Property Manager
