We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who excels at delivering precise, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment to join our Design and Analytics Team. You’ll drive projects from concept to execution, support cross-functional teams with design needs, and use visual storytelling to shape strategy and bring ideas to life. Key Responsibilities :
- Brand Stewardship : Champion the Colliers brand by maintaining high standards of design, format, and production across all visual assets.
- Marketing Collateral Creation : Design and produce compelling visual materials, including proposals, presentations, offering memorandums, brochures, flyers, and maps, that make a strong first impression.
- Property Branding : Develop and execute branding suites for commercial and multi-family properties, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Visual Standards Advocacy : Promote adoption of corporate design standards across all marketing outputs.
- Collaborative Design : Partner with sales professionals to align creative vision with client needs, delivering differentiated solutions that elevate the Colliers brand.
- Internal Communication : Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Workflow Management : Proactively manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and follow up on content needs to keep deliverables on track.
- Data Visualization : Translate research and data into clear, engaging visuals including charts, graphs, tables, and infographics.
- Real Estate Focus : Provide creative support with a focus on real estate, assisting in presentations, research, and strategies.
- Cross Department Collaboration : Work with marketing, research, property management, and brokerage teams to align goals.
- Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and working independently with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Experience : 4+ years of graphic design experienceEducation : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Skills :Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)Advanced knowledge with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro & Ceros are a bonus.Photography experience is a bonus.Experience in commercial real estate marketing is a plus.Benefits
