About the Role :

We are seeking a sharp and strategic legal professional to join our small but highly impactful legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex legal landscapes with confidence and precision. As an Associate General Counsel, you will work closely with our General Counsel to oversee a broad spectrum of legal matters, ensuring the company operates effectively across domestic and international markets. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with every department in the company, playing a key role in developing and executing on our regulatory strategy, structuring strategic transactions, guiding product development, deploying and overseeing internal processes, and mitigating legal risks.
