Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of an integrated omnichannel strategy aligned with brand objectives
Optimize sales controllables including assortment, pricing, promotion, and shelving to enhance market competitiveness
Develop and execute annual business plans for assigned brands and customers to achieve sales volume targets
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven leadership skills with a track record of delivering results in a matrixed environment
Strong financial management skills to assess promotion effectiveness and improve ROI
In-depth knowledge of individual retailers and the marketplace, with experience in sales strategy or operations preferred
Strong analytical capabilities with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
