Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and profit / loss reports
  • Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and support monthly close processes
  • Reconcile bank accounts and address inquiries related to deposits or transactions
  • Calculate and monitor compliance with debt covenants
  • Manage accounts receivable collections and reconcile customer accounts
  • Verify and process payments, ensuring accurate coding for accounts payable
  • Support annual audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to auditor requests
  • Collaborate with software vendors to maintain and improve accounting systems
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as needed

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Background in banking or financial institutions preferred
  • Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statement analysis
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
