What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.Observe and report any irregularities, such as security-related breaches, hazards, or unusual situations, to the appropriate personnel.Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned area to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance as needed.Collaborate with local authorities and Allied Universal management in the event of emergencies or incidents at the location.Complete required documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner as per Allied Universal and client standards.What We're Looking For :

Be at least 21 years of age.A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience with alarm panels is preferred.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
