We are looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, managing daily mailroom and shipping operations while providing exceptional customer service. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a knack for multitasking and a strong commitment to quality, we want to hear from you.
salary : $19 - $22 per hour
shift : First
work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication : Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to all management and client requests via email, phone, text, and in-person communication.
Operational Management : Handle all shipping and mailroom duties, including lifting and moving packages up to 50 lbs.
Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve potential problems or customer concerns, escalating issues to your supervisor as needed.
Team Collaboration : Attend cross-functional training to ensure you can provide seamless coverage when short-staffed.
Flexibility : Be ready to adapt to a changing work environment, as your site responsibility and location may change based on client and / or division needs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience : A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required, along with less than one year of related experience.
Technical Skills : Basic computer skills and technical knowledge are essential.
Key Attributes : You must have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
