About This Role

Responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive internal evaluation plan and protocols for the grant impact study. Ensures the evaluation methodologies, data collection, and submission are properly validated and comply with the terms set forth in the grant. This is a grant-funded position. Continued employment is contingent on grant funding.

What a Day of a Grant Evaluation Manager Looks Like :

Establishes collection methodologies, metrics, and tools to assess the impact study.

Leads program staff in integrating evaluation practices into daily operations, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, evaluation guidelines, and federal regulations.

Submits all revisions to the project narrative, workplans, and budgets related to the external evaluation to the external study team.

Monitors and ensures the preparation and submission of reports of grant-funded programs to include goals, objectives, outcomes, deliverables, and all other contract terms.

Prepares detailed evaluation reports highlighting findings and continuous improvement recommendations to external evaluators and internal stakeholders. Presents the findings in various.

Develops and facilitates workshops and training sessions to build evaluation capacity within the program.

Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's degree

Four years of related experience

Grant administration or project budget experience

Knowledge of :

Policies, procedures, and outside regulations pertaining to the position

Microsoft Office Professional or similar application

Skilled in :

Fact finding and analysis with a strong proficiency in use of applications to extract data and prepare meaningful analyses

Strategic thinking including effective planning, setting goals, monitoring progress, tracking results, and making appropriate adjustments to plans based on circumstances and context

Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management

Ability to :

Interact in a positive manner with diverse populations and varying education levels of students, faculty, staff, and the public

Organize and prioritize multiple, competing priorities to maximize personal and team effectiveness

Effectively communicate verbally and in writing on a regular basis with internal and external customers, build relationships, manage customer expectations, and take responsibility for a high level of service

The minimum base pay for this position starts at $61,854.00 annually; however, the offer may vary based on the candidate's education and experience.
