Love data and building things that matter? We\’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our Data team and help power decisions across the company. You\'ll have the chance to dive into a wide range of projects and collaborations—across infrastructure, platform, product, marketing, and customer support—while working with technologies like Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka, and Flink.

From designing and building scalable, reliable, and efficient pipelines to state-of-the-art AI-powered frameworks that bring data to life, you\'ll explore new tech, solve complex problems, and make a real impact on how the company moves faster and smarter.

What You\'ll Do

• Design and Implementation : Architect and develop data infrastructure solutions leveraging Snowflake’s capabilities to meet business needs.
• Data Integration : Manage and optimize data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration from diverse data sources.
• Performance Tuning :

Conduct performance optimization for Snowflake environments, including storage, compute, and query tuning.

Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and governance in alignment with organizational policies and industry standards.

Establish monitoring systems for reliability and proactively address issues to ensure system uptime and data in;

Alchemy is committed to offering competitive compensation, including base salary as well as equity. Additionally, Alchemy offers comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited flexible time off.

The base salary range for this position is estimated to be between $210,000 - $220,000 annually. Please note this range reflects base salary only, and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Your salary will be determined by various factors, including relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business needs.
