We are excited to invite applications for the role of Data Scientist and AI Specialist. In this position, you will be at the forefront of innovation, using Machine Learning and Generative AI to tackle complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to gain actionable insights from unstructured text data, developing scalable GenAI solutions that meet various business requirements.
- Stay abreast of advancements in the GenAI sector, implementing the latest tools and techniques to drive model innovation and performance.
- Employ AI engineering best practices to create and deploy intelligent agents and modular GenAI systems, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as LangChain and vector databases for efficient task execution.
- Oversee the entire Machine Learning lifecycle, including data collection, transformation, experimentation, model training, fine-tuning, deployment, and performance monitoring.
- Translate internal and client-specific business needs into effective machine learning and GenAI solutions.
- Balance self-directed work with collaboration in team settings.
Required Qualifications
An advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative discipline.Expertise in Python and SQL, along with practical experience using core machine learning frameworks such as Hugging Face, Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and techniques like parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), Chain-of-Thought (CoT) prompting, RAG, and LLM-as-a-judge.Proficiency in Agentic AI development and orchestration tools like LangChain and LangGraph.A strong foundation in supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods, natural language processing, unstructured data analysis, and GenAI / LLMs.Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake) and the capability to troubleshoot and resolve data issues independently.Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in an understandable manner.Exhibit intellectual honesty, curiosity, and effective problem-solving abilities.Benefits We Offer
