\n\nJob Description\n

We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in Intermediate Care (IMC). The ideal candidate will be able to manage a patient ratio of 4 : 1 and possess the skills required to handle various patient needs effectively. Experience in managing ventilated patients and proficiency in using the Epic charting system is required.

\n\nResponsibilities\n \n

  • Provide quality care to patients in an IMC setting.

    • \n

  • Monitor patient progress and vital signs.

    • \n

  • Administer medications and perform treatments.

    • \n

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

    • \n

  • Manage IV therapy, including peripheral and central line care.

    • \n

  • Respond to emergency situations and participate in rapid response teams.

    • \n \n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n \n

  • Minimum of 1 year of IMC or ICU experience.

    • \n

  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in EPIC charting system.

    • \n

  • Comfortable with a patient ratio of 1 : 4.

    • \n

  • Ability to manage multiple patient care needs simultaneously.
