Provider MUST be available full-time Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-4p; no weekends, no call Practice setting : Office / outpatient clinic Percentage of adult patients : 100% Percentage of outpatient patients : 100% Average number of patients / day : 14 Other Neurologists will be present during Locum's assignment 12 Physician's and 4 APP's in group Office staff : 2 MA, 2 front desk Documentation system : EPIC Trauma Level / designation : not designated Compensation : Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
