Key Responsibilities
- Perform and lead framing, finish carpentry, and other trade tasks on residential and light commercial projects
- Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers and excavators
- Load, secure, and tow equipment trailers to job sites
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist in mentoring junior crew members and maintaining jobsite efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and uphold quality standards
