Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Status : Full-time - 12 hour shifts

Shifts : NOC Shifts : (Sun / Mon / Wed) and (Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat)

Wage : $35 - $45 / hr - DOE ($46 if On-Call); + Shift Differentials

Location : Avamere Rehabilitation of Park West - 1703 California Ave SW, Seattle, WA 98116
