Chief of Staff to COO

A company is looking for a Chief of Staff to the COO.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted confidant and thought partner to the COO, providing analysis and feedback

Lead high-impact, cross-functional special projects and drive organizational strategy

Redesign organizational decision-making processes and strengthen collaboration across teams

Required Qualifications

Strong commitment to social impact and data-driven decision-making

Experience in consulting (e.g., McKinsey / BCG / Bain) or equivalent strategy / operations roles

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and solve complex problems

Proficiency with AI tools and data analysis

Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global time zones
