Role Snapshot — What You’ll Lead

  • Own end-to-end SaaS integrations across PMS, CRM & access control systems
  • Drive kickoff → deployment, including timelines, QA, data validation & go-live readiness
  • Translate client needs into clear technical requirements for engineering & product
  • Proactively unblock risks, dependencies, and data issues before they impact launch
  • Ensure stakeholders stay aligned with strong communication & visibility into progress
  • Capture learnings to improve playbooks and accelerate future onboarding
  • Be a foundational hire shaping how we scale technical delivery nationwide

Job Summary

We’re looking for a high-performing Technical Project Manager with strong system integration and project management skills. You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of integration projects and ensure all technical deliverables align with client requirements.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring both technical understanding and strong communication skills, including direct collaboration with customers and internal teams. You’ll translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, remove roadblocks, and keep stakeholders aligned as we scale. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and brings both structure and warmth to every client touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

Integration Project Leadership

  • Lead and manage client integrations with PMS (Property Management Systems), CRM, and Access Control platforms.
  • Define requirements and deliverables in partnership with product and engineering teams.
  • Create project plans, timelines, and milestones, and keep them on track.
  • Coordinate QA, data validation, and deployment with technical teams.
  • Identify risks and proactively manage dependencies across systems and teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as the main point of contact between engineering, product, QA, and client-facing teams.
  • Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications.
  • Ensure technical milestones align with client onboarding timelines and product priorities.
  • Partner closely with customer success and onboarding teams to ensure integration readiness for go-live.
  • Technical Understanding

  • Develop a working knowledge of company's API architecture, data flows, and integration methods.
  • Understand common PMS and CRM systems (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, Entrata) to support scoping and troubleshooting.
  • Work with developers to assess feasibility, resolve integration challenges, and validate data accuracy.
  • Process & Communication

  • Maintain visibility into all active integration projects and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Document project details, technical configurations, and lessons learned to drive repeatable success.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project workflows, documentation, and integration playbooks.
  • What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, product operations, solutions architecture, or SaaS implementation.
  • Experience managing API-based integrations or system connectivity projects (especially PMS and CRM systems).
  • Strong understanding of SaaS environments, data exchange, and API workflows.
  • Proactive problem solver who takes initiative to research and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interface with both engineers and business stakeholders.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with PropTech or real estate technology platforms (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, EliseAI, Funnel).
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
