• Trauma credentials (TNCC, CATN, TNCC, TCAR)
• Post-op cardiac surgery experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :
• Rapid sequence intubation, CABG and valve replacements, Thrombectomies, EVD insertions, SLED / TABLO, MTP, Cardioversion, IABP / Impella, TNK administration, vasopressors, IV sedation Best personality Fit :

• Number of Staff - 60
• Type of staff : o Day Shift - 1 charge, RNs depending on census (1 : 2 ratio) sometimes (1 : 1 ratio), PCT is as needed o Night Shift - 1 charge, RNs depending on census (1 : 2 ratio) sometimes (1 : 1 ratio), PCT is as needed
• Patient Ratios - 1 : 2, sometimes 1 : 1
• Type of equipment - IABP, Impella, Ventiator, Arterial Line, Swan-Ganz catheters, SLED / TABLO machines, Belmont rapid infuser, traction, EVD, nitric oxide, Hemisphere
