Pay Range : $80,000-$140,000 per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance Bonuses)

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into booked appointments and sold jobs — no maybes, no "let me think about it."
  • Own every phone call — build rapport fast, guide the conversation, and close decisively.
  • Hit and exceed daily and weekly sales goals.
  • Collaborate with service techs and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Log all customer interactions in CRM software with accuracy and speed.
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and roleplay sessions — always sharpening your edge.
  • Maintain a high-energy, high-output approach — this is not a slow-paced desk job.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of inside sales experience, preferably in home services or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • Natural closer with the confidence to control a conversation from start to finish.
  • Strong ability to read people, overcome objections, and pivot strategies on the fly.
  • Extremely competitive, coachable, and driven by results — you want to win every day.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM platforms, call software, and email follow-ups.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida.
