Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Lagrange, Kentucky. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Home Health Discipline : RN Start Date : 10 / 20 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel As a Home Health RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, wound care, medication administration, and patient education. You’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans. Daily responsibilities include travel to patient homes, accurate documentation, and timely charting using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and OASIS. Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills are essential for success in this role. Job requirements : -Active RN License in KY -At least 6 months- 1 year of recent Oasis and HCHB experience -Active BLS through AHA -Ability to pass a drug screen and background check -Ability to work full-time M-F 8-5 -On-call requirements discussed in interview
