Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and secure systems

Define technical standards and architecture across multiple engineering teams

Mentor and coach engineers while conducting design and code reviews

Required Qualifications

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a Staff / Principal-level role

Deep expertise in building distributed, cloud-based systems (AWS or similar)

Strong proficiency in modern web technologies (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Vue.js)

Proven ability to lead large, cross-team technical initiatives

Excellent system design and architecture skills
