We Are Seeking a Child Therapist Who Is : Licensed in Illinois : LCSW, LCPC, LSW, LPC, LMFT, or licensed Psychologist Experienced in working with children (approximately ages 3–12) and their caregivers Trained in at least one child-focused specialty, such as : Play Therapy Child-Centered or Filial Play Therapy Sandtray / Expressive Arts Autism / ADHD / Neurodivergence Trauma-informed care Comfortable collaborating with caregivers, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate Committed to growth, integrity, and excellent client care A team player who enjoys collaborating and connecting with other passionate therapists Our Employee Benefits & Perks (W-2 Employee Practice) BCBS Health & Dental Insurance (practice covers 65% of premiums) Vision & Life Insurance (practice covers 100%) Short-Term Disability (practice covers 100%) Paid Time Off & Paid Vacation (paid at clinical rate) 401(k) with 4% match CEU / professional development support ($400.00 – $900.00 annually) Referral program Paid supervision by an LCSW Group consultation with our clinical team Fully stocked kitchen with your favorite drinks and snacks Bonuses A warm, collaborative team that genuinely enjoys working together FT Annual Salary Range : $72,000 – $92,000 Session Rate Range : $54.00 – $90.00 Ready to Apply? - Child-Centered Play Therapy Sandtray Therapy or Expressive Arts Support for children with Autism, ADHD, and other forms of Neurodivergence Support for children of LGBTQIA+ families and / or LGBTQIA+ youth Parent coaching and family work to support children’s growth and emotional regulation If you love helping children feel seen, safe, and understood, and you value collaboration and high-quality care, we’d love to connect with you.
