Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dedicated social worker is sought to support K-12 students in a school setting for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a 0.5 FTE contract position based at one of the elementary schools in Naperville, IL. The role requires a professional who is mitted to working in person, providing hands-on support to students, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct social work services to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral needs
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement interventions and support plans
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized support strategies
• Facilitate munication between students, families, and munity resources
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Promote a positive school climate by advocating for student well-being and equity
