At our center, youll be part of a supportive team of educators, including preschool teachers and teacher assistants, who value connection, compassion, and curiosity. You'll provide loving, responsive care in a safe, enriching child care environment designed to help our littlest learners feel secure, soothed, and stimulated. From tummy time to first steps, youll play an important role in shaping a childs earliest experiences and building the foundation for lifelong learning through quality early childhood education.

You'll thrive in this role if you have :

• Massachusetts EEC Infant / Toddler Teacher Certification (required)
• Experience working with infants (6 weeks to 15 months) in a licensed early childhood education program, daycare, or child care center
• A warm, responsive caregiving style and understanding of infant development
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
