The Community Marketing Assistant Manager

The Community Marketing Assistant Manager works at an indoor and outdoor kiosk in a high traffic area centrally located and attends events such as trade shows, festivals, and conferences with their team to connect with the public as a Brand Ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.!

How You'll Shine

• Supervise team to meet and exceed budgeted tour flow through training, motivation, contests and strategic scheduling.
• Field Leader - motivate, train, oversee CMA's and deliver supplies.
• Help resolve guest issues, complaints.
• Assist Manager with reports and site updates.
• Resort tour reception and sales / marketing liaison.
• Recruiting, interviewing and hiring CMA's and Greeters.
• Attendance record keeping.
• Comply with Human Resource and company policies.
