Who You Are

Requirements

6+ months of restoration experience. IICRC WRT certified. Excellent communicator and motivator. Reliable and professional with a valid driver's license.

What You'll Do

Lead the Charge : Mentor restoration technicians, set clear expectations, and maintain high standards on every project.

Be the Face of SERVPRO : Build positive relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Own the Details : Document job progress, manage labor, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Be a Problem-Solver : Identify safety hazards and implement solutions to keep everyone safe.

Step Up in Emergencies : Participation in an on-call rotation, assisting with local and out-of-town storm recovery efforts is required.

Coach and Inspire : Train and mentor your team to develop their skills and confidence.
