Key Sales Duties:

• Maximize Sales Opportunities: Consistently offer optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, prepaid gas options, and additional services to every customer, ensuring 100% compliance.
• Utilize Effective Sales Techniques: Build rapport through open-ended questions, apply top-down sales strategies, emphasize product features and benefits, and skillfully overcome customer objections.
• Exemplary Customer Service: Acknowledge customers in line, smile, make eye contact, use the customer's name, and maintain composure even in challenging situations.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed Monthly Sales Performance Standards, demonstrating consistent success in sales goals.
• Follow Approved Sales Processes: Use company-approved, service-based sales dialogues with integrity and professionalism to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.
• Accurate and Efficient Rental Processing: Qualify and process customer rentals precisely, paying close attention to detail and ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently.
• Comprehensive Customer Engagement: Review rental parameters with all customers, ensuring they fully understand rates, optional charges, and services. Provide clear answers, offer maps and directions, and promptly resolve customer service issues.

• Product Expertise: Skilled in offering optional coverage products, vehicle upgrades, and additional services.

• Sales Performance: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding Monthly Sales Performance Standards.
