Single point of client accountability for the design, development, and implementation of the new Child Welfare Services Information System. Accountable for making sure that vendor responsibilities and deliverables are fulfilled as per the contracts. Coordinates and ensures all client deliverables and tasks owned by program, practice, and operations.
