Clinic Nurse - RN

Summary of Job Duties : Our Clinic Nurse (RN) is an essential member of our nursing team. This person must have have theskills necessary to efficiently assess the need for, and coordinate the delivery of clinic services to a frail, older adult population. The Clinic Nurse may also be required to do home visits.

Schedule : Monday-Friday , 7 : 30am-4pm, plus on-call rotation

Location : Wilkinsburg, PA

Required Education : Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school.

Required Experience : At least one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population, preferably in long term care, home health care or community health. Experience teaching patients and other health care workers preferred.

Required Certifications / Licensure : Licensed RN in PA. Valid PA Driver's license.
