Licensed Psychological Associate / LPA / LPP

Responsibilities :

• The Licensed Psychological Associate, under the supervision of a licensed psychologist, will provide mental health services to patients at correctional and detention facilities.
• Provide clinical services in accordance with professional standards and policies.
• Conduct diagnosis, assessment, treatment, and crisis management services for mental health issues.
• Deliver staff training and participate in case staffing and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care and ensure timely and professional clinical documentation.
• Notify supervising Psychologist immediately of any serious incidents and report clinical concerns that may impact clients or the mental health program.
