Start up and verify production; complete daily production reportingPerform preventive maintenance and minor equipment repairsTroubleshoot CNC machines and related systems; make limited program editsExecute changeovers; change and set tools accurately and efficientlyHandle and inspect materials; enforce FIFOOperate CNC equipment (lathes and grinders)Perform quality inspections; record results in quality systemsComply with IATF 16949 and Internal Quality Issues (IQI) proceduresEscalate issues swiftly and collaborate on complex tasksMaintain safety compliance and 5S housekeepingOther duties as assignedQualifications
Vocational / certificate training preferred1+ year in high-volume manufacturing required; 2+ years preferredProficiency : Mechanical troubleshooting, blueprint readingTeam-oriented with strong verbal / written communication and organizationDetail-focused with solid technical and hands-on troubleshooting skillsFoundational knowledge of CNC maintenance, setup, and operationBasic metric-system fluency; familiarity with measurement equipment (preferred)Quality systems experience (preferred); moderate computer skillsBasic G-code programming (preferred)Machines & Technologies
