A company is looking for a Tier 1 Helpdesk Technician.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, networking equipment, and software applications
Provide technical support services to customers over the phone
Monitor customer system environments and escalate technical issues as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year(s) work experience in a customer-focused IT Help Desk position
Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain servers, workstations, and Microsoft Windows 10 software applications
Proven Active Directory experience
Willingness to work Mon-Fri 8am-5pm with a rotating on-call and holiday schedule
