A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician to provide technical assistance and support to users.
Key Responsibilities
Process service requests and escalate issues to IT team members as needed
Provide helpdesk and technical support via phone or remote access
Assist with troubleshooting, system errors, and the implementation of new software
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role
Tech-savvy with knowledge of office automation products and databases
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
