Job Description

Korry, a leading provider of aerospace electronics, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be a critical part of our production line, tackling complex technical challenges and ensuring the quality and reliability of our aerospace-grade components. This is not a typical assembly or repair role; we need a true problem-solver with deep technical knowledge who can diagnose intricate issues at a component level.

What You Will Do

• \n Troubleshooting & Diagnosis : Independently perform in-depth troubleshooting of complex functional test failures on electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies. This includes diagnosing issues down to the component level (e.g., resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits).
• \n Root Cause Analysis : Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify the root cause of failures, rather than just replacing parts.
• \n Testing & Repair : Conduct a variety of electronic tests and repairs on aerospace components, ensuring compliance with strict industry standards.
• \n Technical Documentation : Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams to guide your work. You will also be expected to accurately document all repair and test data.
• \n Mentorship : Act as a technical resource and mentor for junior technicians, sharing your expertise and helping to solve challenging production issues.
• \n Continuous Improvement : Identify and recommend improvements to existing test procedures, equipment, or documentation to enhance efficiency and quality.

Schedule : Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 6 : 00am to 2 : 30pm. Occasional overtime, including weekends, may be required to meet production deadlines.

Salary Range

Please note the typical hiring range is $40.00 - $50.00 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
